Improving Students’ Vocabulary Mastery Through the Keyword Technique At The Tenth Grade of SMAN 2 Tulang Bawang Tengah

The aim of this research was to improve students’ vocabulary mastery the tenth grade through use Keyword technique. This is categorized as classroom action research. subject students SMAN 2 Tulang Bawang Tengah in academic year 2021/2022. data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and quantitative analyses. conducted two cycles where each cycle consisted three meetings. Based on analysis findings, improved technique based qualitative data. From data, result showed that mean score increased from post-test 1 2. 62.07, there 13 or 46.43% who passed Minimum Mastery Criterion, while 77.93, 21 75% Criterion. Moreover, improvement can also be seen such results observation sheet 6.41, 7.31. learning activity 0.90. It seemed more motivated confidence vocabulary. Therefore, it concluded implementation activities mastery.
